What We Do For You

  • Conferences - 406 Transfusion: Injecting youth into the care continuum will be held at Fairmont Hot Springs October 13-14, 2026. We welcome healthcare providers, higher ed, K-12, and community partners building workforce pipelines. K-12 Educators can earn OPI renewal units. Learn more and register here!

  • Coffee Connect - we are hosting a series of three workshops for higher education staff and faculty. The sessions focus on actionable strategies to strengthen career-connected learning opportunities for college students. Sessions are 9:30-10:30am via Zoom. Register here.

    • Wednesday, September 16 - Coordinating Internships

  • Peer Learning Groups - Connect with peers, share knowledge, and learn together to strengthen career-connected learning in your school or campus. We host monthly calls for higher ed staff and monthly calls for secondary educators.

  • Resources - Check out our many quick-start guides and toolkits for facilitating career-connected learning opportunities. No need to recreate the wheel.

  • Teacher Externships - Step inside a business for 3 days in the summer, to learn what they do and how they do it. Build connections and bring real-world context into your classroom. 

Peer Learning Groups

A peer learning group provides a space to share questions, learn best practices, build knowledge, and support one another. 

We invite higher ed career services staff to join conversations on a range of topics that impact career-connected learning, advising, campus-wide systems, and student success. Register here.  Meetings are 12:30-1:30pm the 2nd Thursday of the month via Zoom.  We welcome staff from public and privates colleges across Montana!

Are you a secondary educator who facilitates or wants to learn more about career-connected learning opportunities for your students? We meet 3:30-4:30pm the 2nd Wednesday of the month via Zoom. Register here. We welcome educators from schools of all sizes!

Work-based learning isn’t just for students. Teacher externs join a business for three days in the summer, learn how their teaching applies to industry, and bring new knowledge back to their students.
